Can I request coverage for specific projects?

Professional and Enterprise subscribers can submit project monitoring requests. While we can't guarantee coverage for all requests, we prioritize based on subscriber interest and project significance.

Do you provide historical data?

When will I be billed?

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 14-day free trial for all paid plans. After that, we don't typically offer refunds for monthly subscriptions, but we'll work with you if you're experiencing issues. Annual plans may be eligible for prorated refunds.

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings under "Billing Information." Your new payment method will be used for all future billing cycles.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Account Management

How do I cancel my subscription?
